Content Production Material

The primary offer is content-production-material-v1: one exact Content Artifact 1 JSON with complete content, metadata, provenance, and editable baseline reading direction. Characters, speakers, scenes, utterances, and reading guidance remain available for production. Customers may steer the baseline within the licence below. The artifact does not include finished audio, provider voices, credentials, provider execution, or ownership of public-domain source text. Reference links document provenance; they do not certify the truth of a source's claims.

This offer uses its own machine-readable content contract 1.1.0, free resource catalogue, and paid /api/v1/resources/{id}/content.json route. Its pilot price is 0.49 USDC. The exact offer and fresh challenge govern the purchased revision and payment identity.

The business eligibility, settlement-based contract formation, licence, recovery, refunds, and support provisions below apply to this content offer as specified in its machine-readable contract. Story Reading packages and ElevenLabs plans are retired from new sales. Earlier settled purchases retain their original rights and receipt-bound deliveries.

1. Scope and customer eligibility

The automated x402 pilot is offered only to natural or legal persons acting in their commercial or independent professional activity. It is not offered to consumers. By submitting PAYMENT-SIGNATURE, the buyer represents that it meets this requirement and is authorised to act for the person or organisation controlling the paying wallet.

2. Product boundary and historical purchases

Content Production Material is the only current paid product. It provides editable, provider-neutral text structure and baseline direction, not a provider-specific render plan. Provider voice choice, accounts, credits, execution, acceptance, future API compatibility, generated audio, and listening QA are not included. The purchase does not convey ownership of source text, an account, subscription, or future revisions.

Story Reading packages and ElevenLabs plans are no longer offered for new purchase. Existing settled receipts may recover their exact historical master, package, or plan bytes. Retirement does not change the rights or contract version applicable to those earlier purchases.

3. Free content evaluation example

The synthetic Content Artifact 1 example demonstrates the complete format. It is not a purchasable catalogue item or a real pilot-work excerpt. Its embedded rights permit only evaluation, integration testing and documentation, not commercial production. Keep its provenance and evaluation identification when sharing an unchanged example for evaluation.

Historical limited Story Reading sample

The sample marked evaluationOnly: true and complete: false is a historical evaluation artifact. It may be stored and used royalty-free and non-exclusively for evaluation, integration, testing, and documentation. It may be shared unchanged with provenance for evaluation and used in internal or non-commercial demos with provenance.

It may not be used as a production-content licence, resold or aggregated as a standalone dataset, feed, or API, or represented as the complete paid artifact. Its original story paragraph remains public domain.

4. Price, contract formation, and delivery

The Content Production Material pilot price is 0.49 USDC per resource. The current resource catalogue and matching fresh 402 challenge are authoritative for SKU, amount, asset, network, recipient, resource, and revision. Third-party wallet, network, exchange, facilitator, or provider costs are not part of the advertised price.

The contract is formed when the configured x402 facilitator successfully settles the signed authorization. Valid delivery requires HTTP 200, a valid PAYMENT-RESPONSE, and exact response bytes whose artifact ID, digest, and byte count match the offer.

5. Revision identity

The full SHA-256 digest of the selected product's exact delivered JSON bytes is authoritative. A changed delivery digest is a different revision.

6. Licence

After successful settlement, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence for the delivered revision. The buyer may store working copies and backups, process and adapt the artifact in its own applications and production pipelines, and commercially or non-commercially distribute rendered audio, video, and other end-user outputs.

The buyer may not resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the artifact—or a substantially equivalent structured derivative—as a standalone file, dataset, feed, or API. Provenance may not be removed, and Textus or Armin & Artur names or marks may not be presented as an endorsement. These restrictions do not apply to public-domain source text itself.

7. Missing or invalid delivery

Replay the identical request for the same exact resource with the identical payment signature. A recorded settlement returns the immutable purchased revision without a second settlement. If the result is ambiguous, Textus holds the attempt for reconciliation instead of blindly settling again.

Historical purchase routes are recovery-only: an existing settled receipt may recover the exact master, package, or plan bytes and SKU originally purchased. New purchases on retired routes are unavailable; use the current content catalogue instead.

If replay does not recover a valid delivery, request manual review within 30 days. Useful non-secret evidence includes resource URL, approximate UTC time, receipt fingerprint, transaction reference, public payer address, expected revision/digest, HTTP status, and request ID. Never send a signature, seed phrase, private key, or recovery material.

8. Refunds

A refund may be issued for a verified failed delivery that cannot be remedied promptly or a duplicate settlement caused by the seller service. Refunds are normally made in USDC to the original paying address, with a target of ten business days after verification.

No voluntary refund is offered for change of mind after valid delivery, buyer-wallet/client errors before settlement, incompatibility with an undocumented renderer, or third-party fees. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Support, changes, and law

The initial support-response target is five Berlin business days. A new contract version applies only to purchases made after it is published; rights for an already delivered revision remain governed by the version advertised for that purchase. German law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
